NGAAF Announces 12 Job Vacancies in Nationwide Recruitment Drive
The National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) has opened applications for 12 positions in a new recruitment drive aimed at enhancing its institutional capacity and service delivery across Kenya.
The Fund, which operates under the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 and the NGAAF Regulations, 2016, continues to empower marginalized groups through development programs targeting women, youth, persons with disabilities, and the elderly.

Position Highlights
1. Director – Corporate Services

2. Principal Internal Auditor & Risk Assurance
Key Role: Lead internal audits and ensure robust risk management systems.
Ideal Candidate: Expertise in audit standards and public sector compliance.
3. Principal Legal Officer
Key Role: Provide legal advisory, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent NGAAF in legal matters.
Ideal Candidate: Solid legal practice background with experience in public administration.
4. Principal ICT Officer
Key Role: Oversee ICT strategy, systems security, and infrastructure development.
Ideal Candidate: Experienced in systems integration and digital innovation in the public sector.
5. Programme Officers
Key Role: Design and implement development initiatives at community level.
Ideal Candidate: Background in community development, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
6. Drivers
Key Role: Support transportation, logistics, and field mobility.
Ideal Candidate: Valid driving license, knowledge of road safety, and logistical support experience.
