The deputy president William Samoe Ruto’s says the year 2022 was challenging for millions of Kenyans facing high food prices in the midst of a struggling economy.
In his afternoon tweet, the second in command note that the last quarter of the year, however, brought a beacon of hope with the election of a new Democratic Goverment under H.E. President William Ruto.
“As we usher in the new year, I see a beautiful, prosperous Kenya where every hustle matters and all hardworking Kenyans are accorded an opportunity to thrive and adequately compensated for their sweat.” He stated in a statement.
“To steer Kenya into prosperity in the new year is H.E. President @WilliamsRuto, a man committed to the restoration of the dignity of the Kenyan people. Happy and prosperous 2023; I wish you peace, virtues of hard work, and desire to succeed. God Bless You All; God Bless Kenya.” He concluded.
