The Chief Justice Martha Koome has today, 10th January 2023 held a meeting with the Chairperson and Members of the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal (PPDT) this afternoon.
In her remarks, she says she commended the Tribunal for the work and effort put in during the election period that ensured all the 314 pre-poll disputes were resolved in a timely manner.
“We learnt valuable lessons that will feed into our quest to roll out e-filing countrywide for courts and tribunals.” She posted on her Twitter page.
Koome says the PPDT continues to support the Judiciary’s Social Transformation through Justice (STAJ) vision by ensuring timely, people-centric and accessible justice.
